      Description

      We exclude broad-band filters not covered by the PFS spectra from the focal plane fitting. We have been routinely doing it for the PS1 filters (PIPE2D-1427), but we have not defined yet how we define uncovered filters for HSC and Gaia. HSC will be very similar to PS1, but Gaia will be very different. This ticket addresses which filter to include/exclude for a given wavelength coverage so that we can use HSC and Gaia photometry for fluxCal (currently we cannot).
