      Description

      We would like to be compatible with current LSST development, especially the Gen3 butler and task planning and orchestration. This is a ticket for that (I think we have only slack'ed discussion so far). Can I propose that we switch over shortly after the end of the second 2024-05 engineering run, which ends on June 4?
