Revert tweak in mcs-pfi transform to compensate global shift

      Description

      mcs-pfi transform was modified to compensate global shift in gravity direction (INSTRM-2570). However, the result of the run 23 (June 2025) showed that only filtering outlier was enough to compensate it. Revert it.
