iic needs to pass the exposure type in to sps.fits.getPfsConfigCards()

      Description

      We are required to indicate the exposure type in the pfsConfig header. ics.utils.sps.fits.getPfsConfigCards() will grow an expType= argument as part of INSTRM-1875, and iic needs to pass in the usual bias/dark/arc/flat/object/test values.
