[RM-9615] [output] Number of same warning in a stage

The same warning can occur many times in the same stage

1. Log should be cleaned when this number is very important (threshold to be defined)
2. Number of occurence should be present in the output. This is not straightforward, we can add a dynamic dictonary in AbstractOutput and record it as a json string in HDF5.
