[RM-9554] Update TemplateFittingLog with same architecture than templateFitting

TemplateFitting and TemplateFittingLog have a lot in common but 2 different architectures :

• basicFit in TemplateFitting
• fitAtAllz in TemplateFittingLog

It would be interesting to make templateFittingLog follow the same architecture than TemplateFitting, and some methods could probably be common, reducing duplicates
