The "fixed" doublets have their ratios listed in the main linecatalog. Since all the ratio catalogs are dependent on the main catalog, the coherence between them has to be maintained. For instance if a line (name, type, wavelength) in the ratio catalog is not found in the main catalog an error is raised.

The same should be checked for fixed ratios: if there are "fixed" ratios listed in the main catalog form some line doublets, then all the ratio catalogs loaded should have the same ratios for these lines otherwise raise an error.
