[RM-9309] [goodness of fit] add other criteria like p-value, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test

since #5803 only the goodness of fit of the continuum is produced using the reduced-chi square

we should output this quantity also for the linemodel and templatecombination

and we can add two other criteria

• compute the p-value
• compute the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test on the residual, to measure the discrepancy to the normality of the residual
