The intensities for the sky lines provided as part of PIPE2D-732 are from different sources, and not consistent across the entire set. Use SuNSS data to generate a consistent set of line intensities for those sky lines.

That's something for a computer to do, and I think we have most of the pieces (the missing part being propagating flags from the reference line files to the outputs, and ignoring them in the fitting.
