Remove references to CALIB *_visit tables

      Description

      Following discussions on the #drp-2d channel 2021-02-11 and -12, related to SuNSS operations: There are references to _visit tables in the pipeline that cause problems with processing SM1 data taken from the summit.

      These tables are only used for fast lookup, and are currently incorrectly populated at the summit.

      Please remove references to these tables from the 2D DRP code.

      Bias, dark, flats and pfsMerged data have a dependency on these tables, eg:
