During analysis of data with the code that keeps illumination consistent as a function of defocus (PIPE2D-671), I noticed that I wrongly initialized parameter values for struts for some spots. (which got introduced in PIPE2D-670).
Investigate for how many spots that has happened, and what effect does this have (and do I need to do a rerun for these spots).

I have found that when I was implementing the algorithm for width of struts I did not make sure that these changes were actually propagated. As such, the run did not actually take this parameters into account (so wrongly initializing some did not make a difference). After fix this and potentially other issues I will rerun the analyis.
I have also added a figure showing an example of the difference in illumination, defocused and focused images, now after the strut width has been properly implemented.
