Create function that gives exposure times and attenuator values, given the value for the exposure times and attenuator in the focus

In order to easily create times for the automatic script that LAM people have created to take defocused sequences, we need a function that gives needed exposure times and attenuator values, once when the optimal flux has been specified from the images in the focus.
