Add a two-stage nirDark construction pipeline task

The median-of-many-ramps nirDark construction is too painful to run in one pass due to the memory requirements. Add a pipeline with two stages:

• reduce all the individual dark ramps, persisting their full {{ImageCube}}s.
• step through all those reduced ramps one read at a time, to generate the final nirDark product.
