DM residual qa plots for science data aren't showing 2d spatial.

      Description

      Currently only the wavelength is being shown due to some filtering for the calibration data that shouldn't be applied to the science data.

          I've updated the individual residual plots as well as the combined report. The combined report has some style changes to that it can support multiple arc-line descriptions per visit, as well as some consolidation and cleanup that is related. Attached is the combined report for a set of science data and another combined report the calibrations.
