      Description

      When adjusting the detector map during reduction, the getGoodLines method does some filtering based off S/N and off the dispersion that is not performed during the QA of the DM, leading to differences in the number of measured lines and, in some cases, drastically affecting the residuals (e.g. in the b arm with HgCd, also PIPE2D-1420 and PIPE2D-1421).

      The QA should be adjusted to use similar filtering.
