Examine how sky subtraction changes if different fiberNorms are used

To reduce data in previous run (especially run18 and 19), the fiberNorms taken before/after science exposure (if available) but please check how sky subtraction differs if other fiberNorms (e.g. taken in the beginning of the night or the beginning of the run) are used.
