understand theoretical/expected behavior of flux loss as a function of seeing and offset

During the course of fluxcal work, I see delta(i-mag) and delta(g-i) compared to PS1 photometry show slightly different spatial structures. I am attempting to understand this behavior using simulated flux losses from Yabe-kun using the Moffat function as a PSF model.
