I see:
mergeArms WARN: Unable to apply barycentric correction to fibers: [1984, 2008, 2042, 2091, 2093, 2095, 2097, 2107, 2156, 2159, 2193, 2194, 2208, 2224, 2267, 2344, 2385, 2386, 2575, 2586]
Looking at those fibres, they are UNASSIGNED. Doesn't that mean that that we didn't expect to be able to apply barycentric corrections? If so, please suppress the warning.
More generally, please remove all warnings about fibres that we know will have failed (e.g. there used to be some about missing LSFs for broken fibres – or something like that).
