      Description

      PIPE2D-77 was created before PIPE2D-80 was merged into master, in fact PIPE2D-80 took PIPE2D-77 as a starting point. Since then a lot of things have changed in constructFiberFlatTask.py, which was originally called constructNormFlatTask.py. Please go over `obs_pfs` link tickets/PIPE2D-77.bak and see which changes are worth keeping.
