exclude FLUXSTDs with uncertain radial velocity measurements from flux calibration

FLUXSTDs with low-S/N have multiple radial velocity peaks in the cross-correlation. We should remove those objects from the flux calibration as their radial velocities may be incorrect. An example case is here. The bottom-right panel shows the cross-correlation signal. This particular case is missing the n-arm, but that is not very important.
