Add ability to make quiver plots for the 2D residual.

In the residual plot consolidation I removed the quiver functionality. Determine if we want to add it back and if so, do.

The current output from the DM QA residual task is one figure each for spatial (dx) and wavelength (dy_nm) and the figure contains both the 1D and 2D plots.

The quiver plots are a combination of spatial and wavelength information in one 2D plot, so we would need to think a little bit about how to display this alongside the 1D plots.
