From the parameter solutions which analyzed each spot on the detector independently, construct an initial solution which would:
1. Have continuous solution for Zernike parameters across the whole detector
2. Have continuous solutions for obscuration parameters (such parameters are size and shape of the detector, position of the struts)
3. Have identical fiber illumination for all spots in the same fiber.
This initial solution will then be iterated (see ticket PIPE2D-1006).
