Failed to process some targets

In the end-to-end processing test with 2D weekly data (full fiber density), a certain fraction of galaxy targets could not be processed. I couldn't find out the error message, but the attached is one of the pfsObject files that were not processed. The configuration is the same as that reported in PIPE1D-33.
