Change the default exposure time and exposure number of web app

      Description

      Currently the default `Integration Time per Exposure` is 900 sec and `Number of Exposures` is 1 in the web ETC. Since we will operate the exposures with 450 sec. x 2 in the same configuration, can we change the default values?
