Proper use of flux columns for science targets

Currently, Kron fluxes are inserted into targetdb as PSF fluxes. It would be helpful if we can use Kron fluxes as total fluxes.

About the PSF fluxes, we need to understand how PSF fluxes are defined in PS1 catalog and whether we can meaningfully use them as PSF fluxes for our use case.

Similarly, we assume that users submit their total fluxes through the uploader, while they are inserted into the database as PSF fluxes.

I suggest to copy the PSF fluxes to total fluxes for S25A+ programs.
