Add SWIRE galaxy templates to ETC app

There are only two SSPs as galaxy templates in the ETC webapp. It's nice to add more templates. Following other ETCs for major telescopes and observatories (ESO, STScI), it would be nice to add SWIRE templates. It covers wide wavelength range, but does not have sufficiently high spectral resolution compared to PFS resolution.
