Establish a mechanism to save the motor map in opDB

      Description

      We would like to save the measured motor map in opDB and make it traceable. Establish a mechanism for this. Currently we have `cobra_motor_model` table but we better change the name and may need other tables. Also, if it is required, we may need to make ARRAY-type columns for angle and speed.
