The modules are provisioned for CIT testing with the theta motors (far) off the limits. We start by driving to the CCW limits, but it appears that they bounce off a small but variable amount.
This causes some motors to subsequently never settle at the limit.
Add a second slew to the limit before starting motor map acquisition.
