Have the (xcu, etc) actor "version" command query all controlled devices.

The actors automatically know how to fetch and report eups/git versions for products they require and use. But they do not fetch the versions from controlled devices. For the xcuActor that would be the PCM, gauge, interlock board, SMB, which are all PFS git products.
