When reading MCS "simulator" images, use header not Gen2 geometry

For each MCS exposure, we populate a row in the mcsexposure table, That holds the alt/instrot, etc. telescope geometry, which come from Gen2

When reading historical images simulate path=/data/mcs/..., we should use the value saved in the old MCS headers.
