Add command to disable temp channels

The new temperatures boards do have occasional bad channels. Given that we are sampling at 10Hz that floods us with chatter. We can easily disable individual channels and should allow ourselves to do so.

Not high priority: we have only seen this with new boards, and the channels get fixed with solder and flux.
