Add some diagnostic output for interlock firmware downloads.

Downloading the interlock firmware takes ~100s. There should be some comforting output while that is happening. The code is taken from the PCM downloader, which was run at the command line. The output from that is good, but just needs to be turned into MHS text keywords.
