Rename LAM AIT lamp cards for lamps available at Subaru?

      Description

      The state of the calibration lamps is currently described by some keywords in the dcb dictionary, translated to W_AITxxx FITS cards. I think that for lamps which will be available at Subaru we should use the final card names. Say W_LMPNE etc., for Ne, Ar, Xe, Kr, Qtz.

      Oh, is it really an HgAr lamp at LAM, or actually a HgCd? If so, add HgCd.

      This is mostly for continuity in the data and DRP.
