Possible failure in OBCP getFrames() internals

      Description

      The g2sim3 server had an internal failure when allocating a new frame. Looks like a disconnection from the database server.

      Is this a one-off thing? Should we be prepared for .getFrames() failures?

      Finally, sorry for the impressively escaped log segment.
