Don't require AG actor restart when error causes run loop to stop

      Description

      When AG loop stopped on error it required a restart of the entire actor to get going again

      Log file with error:
      /software/mhs/logs/actors/ag/2025-09-12T11\:26\:27.416.log

      The error itself came from gen2 updateTelStatus
