Update AG actorkeys to include a status column

We want to add a status string key to the guideErrors key for the AG actor that initially will be used to send the warnings about an invalid offset (when the offset is outside the range of MAX_CORRECTION.

There will be a branch created in ics_actorkeys to handle the update to the keys and a corresponding branch in ics_agActor to handle the sending of the keys.
