Run reduceExposure.yaml + QA pipeline at the end of iic_sequence

Right now, drpActor is running a sort of equivalent to observing.yaml (+detectorMapQA) for each visit.
When iic_sequence is done and all the "duplicate" visit are ingested, the pipeline should be able to do the grouping, have proper cosmic ray removal ... etc

The idea would be to run a sort of equivalent to reduceExposure.yaml + QA( detectorMap and other if available)
