Build a guide history for particular visit and refine guiding based of knowledge of current visit conditions.

      Description

      Currently AG exposures don't have any knowledge of the previous exposures for the same visit. Ideally we would use previous values from the same visit as either a sanity check on current values or as some kind of moving average. This needs a discussion.
