Apply appropriate filters to guide stars during acquisition and guiding

Make sure that guide stars never include galaxy and binary sources. Use only gaia for acquisition but include hsc in guiding.

Edit: Currently there is a coarse flag, which was supposed to capture the idea behind initial acquisition versus autoguiding. This terminology should be changed as it sounds like a focus condition, not a guide condition.
