Check angle range in the latest xml file

When PFI was tested in Taiwan, interference of some cobras was reported, At that time, we decided to limit angle range of these Cobras (PFS-PFI-ASI000134-02_RangeofMotionforInterferedCobras.pdf and PFS-PFI-ASI000134-03_RangeofMotionforInterferedCobras.xlsx)

Seeing that the possibility of cobras and FFs (INSTRM-2517), it was suggested that to check the current xml file has the correct parameters.
