cobraCharmer hijacks python logging

Importing anything from the cobraCharmer library changes  python logging format and adds its own handlers. Logging config should not be touched by any library, only the driver scripts are responsible for how the log is formatted and handled. If a special way of setting up the logging is necessary, please convert the relevant lines into functions that the driver scripts can call.
