install agcc modules on new ICS environment

      Description

      ICS environment (rubin8-ics) was updated on 30 September 2024. When I tried to start  ics_agccActor, I got this error:

 import camera
 File "/software/mhs/products/Linux64/ics_agccActor/1.2.8/lib/python/agccActor/camera.py", line 7, in <module>
 import fli_camera
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'fli_camera'

      It seem that the modules needs to be re-installed.
