Accept to switch cryomode from bakeout/ionpumping to pumpdown

Reviewing the recent operation and decision tree, there are cases to set camera's cryomode to pumpdown from ionpumping or bakeout. It is appreciated if CryoMode.py accepts this operation. (At present it seems that toPumodown accepts only offline or roughing.)
