fire detectorMap QA tasks per iic sequence for calibration

We currently fire detectorMap QA for each visit.
As Wilfred Gee pointed out on slack, for calibration, it may be more efficient to combine visits, so fire the QA per iic_sequence.

In that particular case, we may consider disabling the per-visit QA.
