SMB TCP thread replies get out of sync on process timeout.

On a ?V1 command on 2024-11-23 06:25Z the main thread did not reply for > 3s. No messages on what happened there, but in any case the TCP thread then got permanently out of sync. Fix that. Hmm, might need to add a command/reply sequence number or something.
