add ionPumping to the cryostat cryoModes

It looks like we're missing one operational mode for our cryostat, when we close the gatevalve and use ionpump only to maintain vacuum.
We usually did that just before starting to cooldown, but in the end, it's used more often that we though and fake alerts are triggered.
