Add IPC acquisition script

We have a crude script for acquiring IPC coefficient data. Add that to the hxActor. Needs three knobs, basically:

• number of channels. Probably just 32 or 4
• readout direction. All L->R, all R->L, or alternating L->R,R->L
• the VReset level we want to use. Must be > DSub.
