Take NIR SN4 thermal data

Take SN4 thermal data once the cryostat has been fully cooled. Lessons learnt through SN3 make this pretty easy – five manual settings at IDG interleaved with a few hours of acquisition between. So a couple of hours of attention over a couple of calendar days.
