SpS GUI CCD heater control inconsistency

      Description

      In the VNC SpS control GUI, the cameras ccd heater control uses both fraction (ex: 0.85) and percentage (85%) side by side in the status window and set window, which is very confusing. Would it be possible to switch to percentage everywhere (or fraction everywhere)?
