Have the drpActor ingest step copyingest pfsDesign files before the PFSA ingest

      Description

      The drp ingest step fails when the associated pfsDesign is not available in the DRP pfsDesign directory.

      The ICS uses a different directory for pfsDesign files. The drpActor ingest needs to copy/ingest the pfsDesign files from the ICS to the DRP directory before ingesting the PFSx files.
